I'm Anaka Thorsted, an EFT International Certified Practitioner with a master's degree in mental health nursing. My practice centers on women's mental health, with a particular focus on religious deconstruction and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions. I offer a clinically and trauma- informed, evidence-based, compassionate space for women navigating these difficult transitions. I am also open to working on any other issues that relate to women's health.
