I discovered EFT and Matrix Reimprinting when I needed it the most to help me with terrible anxiety and panic attacks.
I fell in love with these modalities when they changed my life and through the daily use of these tools they have helped me to build my emotional and spiritual agility so that I can handle life with more ease and grace and welcome more joy, happiness and abundance.
My passion to support people when they are ready to process trauma & life challenges and the results I witnessed in myself and many others led me to train and work with EFT and MR and more modalities since. I love empowering my clients with these simple but incredibly effective self help tools and witnessing the transformation in people when I help to facilitate the release of stress, trauma and limiting beliefs is spine tinglingly amazing.

How I can help:
I sensitively and intuitively guide you at a pace and in a way that feels safe and secure for you. I work mainly online via Zoom or from my home near Beverley, East Yorkshire.

As well as all matters related to Birth & Fertility; birth trauma, conscious conception, fertility challenges, miscarriage, baby loss, birth & parenthood preparation especially after a traumatic or difficult birth experience (coming into the world yourself or giving birth) and post-natal support.
