I am EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, as well as Birth Doula, specialising in the incredibly important and sensitive time around birth, whether being born or giving birth to your children.
The way we are born influences deeply how we perceive the world, how we relate to others and the beliefs we hold.
I am experienced in working with pregnant women, supporting them before, during and after the birth process.
How I can help:
I am specialised in helping people release difficult emotions and experiencing before, during and after birth, as well as transforming limiting beliefs by using the gentle but powerful protocols of Matrix Birth Reimprinting.
The time in the womb, the birth and the first 6 years of life are fundamental, this is the time we receive the programming that will run our lives. Birth interventions, separation from the mother or difficult experiences during that time can leave us with beliefs such as “I don’t belong”, “I am alone”, “I am unlovable”, “The world is a dangerous place” and feelings of abandonment, isolation, loneliness. By healing our birth and our early life experiences, we can heal and transform our lives.
