I am an EFT trainer & advanced EFT practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. My practice in 1-on-1 sessions with clients includes both in person and online work. These gentle and powererful modalities have helped me release blocks and limitations and completely transformed my personal and professional life. I love the person I have become today and I know it is possible for everyone. It is my belief that no one is broken, everyone has the innate power to heal and turn their lives around, and that it is never too late.
As an EFTMRA trainer, I am passionate about sharing EFT with everyone who wants to take charge of their lives and my background in teaching has enabled me to create and run beautiful EFT courses for those who want to learn this technique to help themselves.
I am also a Havening practitioner and Reiki master and in my 1-on-1 sessions, I blend EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and Havening, depending on what the client needs most at that point in time.

Each session will be tailor-made to your needs and we will use a combination of modalities, depending on what seems best at that moment. In addition, I will teach you tools and methods which you can use every day at home to maintain and even accelerate the progress you are making.
