About:
I am an NHS registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse working with children and families aged 0-19. I am also an advanced, accredited EFT Practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. .
How I can help:
I am an empathic, active listener. I build a good rapport with my clients enabling them to feel safe in their vulnerability. I utilise the NHS code of conduct and ethics to my private clients providing psychological safety. I use the varied methods of advanced EFT and matrix reimprinting in my sessions with a small blend of CBT if appropriate. Sessions are online via Zoom or WhatsApp video. Face to face could be possible if local.
Specialist areas:
I work with a range of issues to include fertility, miscarriage, birth trauma, tokophobia, loss/grief. I am trauma informed and have a diploma in CBT. I have experience working with pain, medical conditions pre and post surgery/ diagnosis. The loss of a child is an area of expertise in my NHS roles.
Other expertise:
I have NHS training, knowledge and experience with families who have experienced domestic abuse, coercion control and trauma.
