The session we did together on Monday has had a profound effect on me. I think it has created a new foundation in my life that feels so completely normal and has integrated seamlessly. It’s like I have levelled up and it feels so comfortable, like I have shed old layers of skin. I was ready to step into a new reality and you guided me there skilfully and deftly. I was so ready for it that I have just stepped into it and it is my new normal. I’m not sure I’m describing how I feel very well - it’s as if this new me was just waiting for me to put it on and it fits so well and feels so right that it’s like it’s been calling me and waiting for me forever and now I’m here, living my truth, how I was always meant to. Dear Julie I just wanted to write a few lines to let you know how much I enjoyed your workshop last month - my vision board sits in pride of place at home and everyday it motivates me to implement the actions you taught me that will positively impact my life- My focus was on getting better as I have experienced some debilitating autoimmune health issues for the past few years and I honestly feel that the workshop was a pivotal moment to help this healing process for me. The day we spent with you was a safe and fun space that allowed us to practice some of the skills you taught us-having done many training workshops over the years (for personal and professional development ) yours was a breath of fresh air and thoroughly inspirational and enjoyable- you have such a positive and uplifting presence and I just know your healing and warm energy will make such a difference for the people who are fortunate enough to find you for help. A few weeks after the workshop we met again, this time you offered me the Tapping (EFT) therapy- I am familiar and interested in alternative therapies but this practice was new to me and so POWERFUL !!! Now I was feeling so much better our focus for the session was to help me move on as I identified I felt 'stuck'. This was because I gave up work last July due to the health issues I was experiencing and now I was feeling better and wanting to move on in my life but lacking in confidence to do anything about it. After the session I felt really drained and tired and went to bed early- can you believe I slept through the night in a really deep sleep for the first time in years !!! I woke up the next morning feeling empowered and excited ! Later that day I saw a job vacancy that really appealed to me. Without over thinking it, I seized the moment and applied for the position , was invited for an interview a few days later and wanted to share with you that I have been offered the position !! I can't tell you how happy and delighted I am- I really feel that I am getting my life back on track and truly believe this is down to the time I spent with you which triggered the synchronicity for these powerful changes. I think you have some very special talents and qualities Julie and hope that people needing support and focus are able to find you and get some help. I thank you from the bottom of my heart . Chris
