About:
I am an energy practitioner (qualified in EFT &Matrix Reimprinting, sound therapy & a Kundalini yoga teacher) alongside that I work part time as a lawyer and have done so for the past 20+ years. I did my initial training in 2014. I spent a lot of years separating the two lives and have come to realise that this is not serving me fully or the world (!) in the way that it should. I am pleased to say that by merging the two I am now a more authentic version of myself and have stepped into my truth and identified that my gift is to bridge the two worlds of traditional business and energy together to create new ways of working and improved working relationships.

I specialise in working with people who are not sure where to go in their careers, are experiencing stress or overwhelm at work or other work related difficulties, want to overcome negative beliefs and patterns of behaviour that are impacting their work.
Other expertise:
I also love to work with phobias. I was introduced to EFT & Matrix Reimprinting by the author and practitioner Kate Marillat who is well known in this field and she all but cured a life long phobia I had using the technique and so I am compelled to share this gift in a similar way. My phobia was of caterpillars! What is yours????
